However, I always struggled finding my place in the workforce. I was able to land some great job's that taught me the skills I needed to move into the real estate industry.
Because of my learning disability sticking with me since childhood into my adult years, it took me 7 times to pass the real estate exam. Once I finally passed, I was able to partner with a local pre-construction development team that I worked with for 2 years. I learned an incredible amount of knoweldge and grew my skills even further.
I struggled to close any transactions within those 2 years, however, because of what I learned I was able to venture out and start making money in real estate. I became part of a real estate investment community, where I learned the skills to invest in real estate without using any money or credit.
This gave me the opportunity to tap into my entrepreneurial side and really skyrocket my income. I was able to buy and sell real estate not only for others, but for myself and did very well.
